This policy explains how Libreride Technologies LLC ("LibreRide," "we," or "us") handles information through this website and our SMS account-verification program. Ride services, driver screening, and payment features may have additional notices presented when those features are used.
Information we process
When you request account verification, we process your phone number, account identifier, verification request and delivery information, and your SMS consent or opt-out status. We also process information you provide when contacting support. Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the website.
Website contact center and map
When you send a contact-center inquiry, we process your name, email address, chosen topic, message, and any phone number or organization you choose to provide. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. Submitting a support inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Your inquiry is sent to our support inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse; technical information, including your IP address, may be processed for that verification. Our contact endpoint does not store a separate ticket database; the inquiry and its reference are retained in support email records and by service providers as needed to deliver, secure, and respond to the message.
The Miami map is supplied by OpenStreetMap and loads only when you choose to view it. Loading the map connects your browser to that provider, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address. The map does not request your device location, show an office, or establish a guaranteed service boundary.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver codes you request, verify access to your account, respond to support requests, respect messaging preferences, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. A verification code is used to authenticate your request, not to send advertising.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information or use personal information for advertising. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for those purposes.
Providers processing information on our behalf may receive the information needed to deliver and secure the service. These include Supabase for authentication, LibreVoice and Telnyx for messaging delivery, telecommunications carriers for transmission, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and protection
We retain information for the purposes described here, including account operation, messaging preferences, security, and applicable legal obligations. Verification codes are temporary. Access to service credentials is restricted; no transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your LibreRide account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app. We will verify account ownership, explain any required retention and provide an estimated completion date. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account; we will confirm the outcome by email.
Your choices
Phone verification is optional; email sign-in remains available. When SMS messaging is active, reply STOP to stop verification texts. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for assistance. Stopping texts does not automatically delete your account.
Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where necessary for security or legal obligations.
